Health & Wealth AI is an AI-powered personal health and wealth management platform. We use advanced artificial intelligence to generate personalized health plans (including meal plans, exercise routines, and wellness guidance) and wealth strategies (including stock screening, mutual fund analysis, and financial planning tools).

2. Information We Collect

Account Data

Name, email address, password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we never store your plain-text password).

Health Questionnaire Answers

Medical conditions, blood test values, current medications, dietary preferences, exercise habits, sleep patterns, and other health-related responses you provide through our 60-question clinical questionnaire.

Wealth Questionnaire Answers

Income details, existing investments, financial goals, spending habits, risk tolerance, and other financial information you provide through our wealth questionnaire.

Uploaded Documents

Blood reports, medical documents, and other files you choose to upload for AI analysis.

Daily Check-in Data

Responses to daily health and wellness check-ins, including mood, adherence, and symptom tracking.

Payment Information

Payment details are processed securely by Razorpay. We store transaction IDs and subscription status but do not store your card numbers or bank details on our servers.

Usage Data & Cookies

Browser type, device information, pages visited, and session cookies necessary for authentication and app functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate personalized AI health plans tailored to your medical profile, dietary needs, and fitness goals.
To generate personalized AI wealth strategies including portfolio analysis, stock screening, and financial planning.
To provide daily check-ins, weekly AI coaching sessions, and ongoing plan adjustments.
To process subscription payments and manage your account.
To improve our AI models and platform using anonymized and aggregated data only — your individual data is never used for model training.
To send important notifications about your account, plan updates, and service changes.

4. AI Processing

Health and wealth analysis is powered by Claude AI (developed by Anthropic). When you complete a questionnaire or request plan generation, your responses are sent to Claude AI for processing and analysis.

Your data is not used for AI training. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. Your data is processed solely for generating your personalized plans and is handled in accordance with Anthropic's data handling policies.

AI-generated plans are stored on our servers so you can access them anytime. The raw data sent to the AI is not retained by Anthropic beyond the processing window.

5. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Passwords: Stored using bcrypt hashing — irreversible and salted.
Sessions: Managed via JSON Web Tokens (JWT) stored in httpOnly cookies, preventing JavaScript access.
Database: PostgreSQL with encryption at rest for all stored data.
File Uploads: Medical documents and blood reports stored in encrypted storage.
Connections: All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: View all personal data we hold about you from your account settings.
Export: Download all your data in JSON format at any time.
Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account.

8. Health Data Sensitivity

Your medical and health data is treated with the highest level of sensitivity and care.

Your health data is never shared with insurance companies.

Your health data is used only for generating your personalized health and wellness plan.

10. Cookies
