Terms of Service

By accessing or using Health & Wealth AI (the "Service"), operated by Ganakys Codilla Apps (OPC) Private Limited (the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Please read them carefully before using Health & Wealth AI.

Health & Wealth AI is an AI-powered personal health and wealth management platform that provides the following features:

Health & Wealth AI offers the following subscription plans:

• Health Only — Access to the complete health module.
• Wealth Only — Access to the complete wealth module.
• Health & Wealth Combo — Access to both modules at a discounted rate.

All prices are displayed and billed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect.

All health plans, wealth strategies, meal plans, exercise routines, and financial analyses are generated by Claude AI (developed by Anthropic).

• AI systems can and do make errors. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated analysis or plan.
• AI recommendations should be used as a starting point for discussion with qualified professionals, not as definitive guidance.

The Health & Wealth AI application, its design, code, AI integration, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Ganakys Codilla Apps (OPC) Private Limited.

You retain ownership of your personal data, including health information, financial data, and uploaded documents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Any health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated plans
• Any financial losses resulting from investment decisions influenced by the Service
• Inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

In any event, the Company's maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for account recovery if requested, after which it will be permanently deleted (except for payment records retained for legal compliance).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
